Crystal's Blessing Day
Crystal was three weeks old when she was blessed. Yes I know that's a bit young but she had a cousin on the way and we wanted family to be able to attend. Okay I wanted family to attend ... Ty wasn't too worried about who was and wasn't there... hehe. Grandma Gordon crocheted the blessing dress for me when I was a baby. After my blessing she tucked it away in her hope chest and pulled it out for Crystal to wear at her blessing. Now it will be saved for Crystal's first daughter to wear on her blessing day.
Ty was able to give her a blessing. I'm so grateful to have good husband who is worthy to bring the priesthood into our home. He did a great job and Crystal was awake and alert as he spoke to her as if she were taking in every word. Unfortunately she wasn't as cooperative for pictures so the pictures of her in her blessing dress aren't super great.

Crazy legs! Her legs would oddly flail around instead of curl under her like most newborns because she was breech and her legs were sticking straight up -- her feet in her face. For a few weeks whenever we changed her diaper her feet would go straight to her ears! lol! The first time Grandma Gordon changed her diaper at the hospital she actually hit herself in the face with her foot.
