The night before Thanksgiving Ty's family has Pie Night. His parents were out of town so we hosted our own pie night... We even had pizza pie for dinner beforehand. Haha. I took the pie picture before people added to it so there was even more than shown. Probably as many desserts as people!
We had Thanksgiving at my parents’ house. We cooked the turkeys at our house. We used roasters and they were both done 2 hrs before we anticipated. That has never happened in the history of turkey cooking. Lol. While Ty was carving the turkeys, the kids were asking about a turkey's anatomy, so Ty pulled the bones of the turkey out of the garbage to explain it to them. Lol.
My parents house was such a good time. It was nice to have the whole family together again even if it was just a few hours!
