VALENTINE'S DAY

Well for some reason the pictures I took Vday evening are gone so I don't have much to share. Jay wanted a Green Shark Vday Box and I didn't remember until the night before. I'm also a full believer in letting my kids doing their own work and not making these fancy impossible projects... not because there is anything wrong with it but mostly because I am not an artist and I never feel like I have TIME. I of course ended up doing most of the work on Jay's since it was literally bed time when we started, but it definitely looks like he could have done it. lol. Can't draw a shark let alone cut one out... especially without time to think about how to do it right. lol. Anyway, it isn't anything fancy, but it did the job. 
I also helped at Jay's class valentine's day party. I brought cookies and sat and visited with them as they ate (they were split in groups and rotating around the room). These 5/6 yr old kids were fun to listen to. They were super excited to tell me all about their vday boxes and valentines and oh so much more! Haha. 
We got the kids each a "We love you Twix much!" Twix bars. It was a yard length box with 18 TWIX BARS in it and a balloon!!!! I gave Ty his favorite candy bar. Ty brought me a pot of flowers (lets see how long I can keep them alive), chocolate, and a Mt Dew at work!!!
