It's that time again already! We had a fun summer but it's time for my babies to go back to school. It's always bittersweet. Especially with me working full time now, I feel like we didn't get to do all the things I wanted to, but we definitely had a lot of fun!
The day before school started all the kids got fresh hair cuts! Crystal got hers cut short! Then later that night we went to meet the teachers. I don't know why I didn't get a picture of Crystal at back to school night. I tend to forget to pull my phone out for pictures. Whoops.
Jay is in 1st grade, Lily 3rd grade and Crystal 5th grade. Jay is all alone at Jefferson this year since Lily gets to go to the big kid elementary school across the street with Crystal this year. It's okay since they all still ride the bus together at least! Here's to a new school year!
(I'm way behind and am typing this a year later ... little did these sweet smiles know, this school year was going to have a crazy twist that NO ONE could possibly see coming. The beginning of a crazy world that I'm not sure will ever go back to normal.)
