I turned 30 on the 25th! Gah! I feel so old! I just can't figure out how I became as old as my parents! My children gave me two wonderful gifts for my 30th birthday this year. The first one was from J. He WALKED to me UNPROVOKED! But it was short lived. I tried to get him to do it again and he threw a temper tantrum instead. It was exciting for a minute at least! Haha.
The second surprise was from Crystal! We've been trying to get her to ride her bike without training wheels to no avail. As soon as she realizes something is going to be hard she tends to walk away from it. But today she stuck to it and SHE DID IT!!!! She can ride her bike without training wheels! Her bike is just a tad too tall for her still so she has a hard time getting started, but then she's off on her own!!!
Other than Dairy Queen slacking and not having any cakes ready, I had a pretty fantastic day! Ty got me a new Brandon Mull book, and you can't go wrong with a Brandon Mull book!!!! I'm excited to read my birthday present... just as soon as I find time. Maybe after I finish catching up on my blog!!! Haha!

Friday night the girls wanted to watch Frozen and spend the night in the toy room! They did great and even stayed in bed!
