Cousin Time

ELLIANA IS HERE!
I'm pretty sure the girls would say the highlight of their week was spending time with their cousin Elliana! We had lunch and played at Arctic Circle earlier in the week, and then Elli came to our house to play for a few hours one day before she had to make the trek back to Michigan! They all had so much fun playing together!
It seems like the last time I saw her she was learning her ABC's with Crystal, and now she's reading and writing! Where does the time go? I really can't believe how fast they grow up!

Jay came down the stairs jabbering up a storm. I walked over to see what the fuss was, and he had found his car track box that he got for Christmas. I hadn't even opened it yet, but apparently the picture looked awesome cuz he was SO excited about it. It took a lot of effort for this little boy to get that box down the stairs. He REALLY wanted to play with it. Unfortunately Roscoe did as well. IT was funny at first but eventually his tail got in the way and got sucked into the back wheels of the cars. It happened twice. Not only did was it hard to get out of his tail but it ruin both cars. Oh well. The track will just have to be used with hot wheels now. Haha. Jay might prefer it anyway.

RANDOM PICTURES OF THE WEEK

BIRTHDAY DINNER
We went to Texas Roadhouse for my brother's birthday! It must have been Monday Kids Night or something. They had face painting and balloon making, and the kids all got free meal vouchers!!!

JAY (while I'm trying to teach preschool)
He was doing what I can only imagine was some type of yoga routine in his diaper and his cousin's rain boots. Lol.

PRESCHOOL
We've been putting together puzzles and lacing cards!

CUDDLES
The kids woke up Friday with colds. Lily had pink eye, Jay just a cough, Crystal had a sty on her eyelid (not pink eye) and a cough, and my sinuses were killing me. The only nice thing about it was all the cuddles I got that day!

DIAPER CHANGE PLEASE
While I was sick in bed Sunday, Jay came in, handed me a diaper and laid down on the ground. lol. It was hilarious (yes those are socks all over the place. I bought a new bag of socks, and Jay pulled them all out.... I'm still finding them places. lol)

BANANA SPLITS FOR ALL THE SICKIES
We woke up Sunday worse than the days before, so we stayed home from church and spent all day inside. Daddy (the only healthy one) made us all banana splits for dessert that night! Homemade ice cream too! That's bound to make us all better right? lol.
