The Past 2 Weeks

VETERAN'S DAY
Ty had the day off last Friday for Veteran's Day. We started it off by bathing a dirty chicken. She's a little spoiled and even got a good blow dry before going back outside. And guess what? The next day was our first 3 egg day (which means we know all three are actually laying now) ... so maybe that warm bath and blow dry was good for her. She was kind of funny. she cuddled into Ty's leg and soaked up the warm air. Not sure if she was enjoying it or completely traumatized. Haha.

We went to Ninja's Lunch after picking up Lily from school. The four of us love sushi but our oldest doesn't so we decided she wouldn't mind if we went without her while she was in school. They have a fish tank with huge fish in it that Jay and Lily love to watch!

It was so nice outside (66 degrees!), we decided we'd better put up the Christmas lights as well! It was actually so warm we were sweating!!! Because of the direction our house faces, I swear the front is about 10 degrees warmer than everywhere else. It felt like summer on our front porch!!

SUNDAY
Grandma felt bad that Jay was always dressing in the princess dresses to dress up with the girls, so she bought some super hero costumes for him to wear while playing dress up. He LOVES them to say the least! Haha.

SODA BLOCKS?
Well 12 packs were on sale for under $3. We have a rule that we don't buy it unless it's $3 or less so when it does happen we stock up... haha. Jay thought Dad came home with really big blocks! lol. He made a huge airplane first, but I wouldn't let him move his airplane to the "airport" (aka. the preschool room) so he built something else. He goes "Mom! Look at my house! Uh... I can't get out." Lol. He was pretty funny.
