We went to our ward trunk or treat ... in the snow... it was cold! Then we went to Grandma and Grandpa Gordon's house for dinner. Traditionally we go out for dinner but this year Grandma was still healing from surgery so we ate at their house. The kids went down the street at Grandma's to do some real trick or treating while we visited in the warm house. As we were pulling out of the driveway to head home, my phone dinged telling me someone was at our front door. I watched a teenage girl empty our candy bowl into her bucket. I guess if she really wanted all those dum dums she could have them. We had more candy than we knew what to do with (and I didn't put the best candy out on the doorstep anyway... lol).
