My activity girls and I were making hats for Huntsman's Center. The hats never made it there because COVID hit and they cancelled my mom's in person appointment and she was going to take them. They weren't letting people thru any hospital doors unless they were dying.
Side story. During all of this my friend's husband thought he was having a heart attack while driving truck. He had one of their young sons with him and he stopped an an ER. They turned him away because they couldn't let his son inside with him and no one was there to watch him. He had to drive his rig to the next state over and turned out it was blood clots in his lungs. He could have died. He was dying and they wouldn't let him in. We are living in a crazy crazy world!
