CHURCH ACTIVITY
Ty and I had our last church boys activity this month. We made nativity wheels so they could tell the nativity story to their families. Then we made ginger bread houses!
Sadly, this wasn't just our last activity of the year. We have been released, so Ty (ward clerk) no longer has 2 callings, and I was put in as primary secretary. I'm sad to see it end. I feel like I got a little gipped with Covid ending activities for a good year while I was an activity leader, but I'm excited for new adventures with my new calling. Jay joined us for the activity since the boys are very close to his age and he hasn't been having activities lately. Then the girls made houses with the leftovers after the boys were gone. Lily took so long that I didn't get a picture of hers until the next day and she wasn't there. She likes to take her time when it comes to works of art!
RANDOM DECEMBER SHENANIGANS
We babysat Max (my parent's dog) while they were out of town this week. Only because Tyler was out of town. He is the preferred babysitter. Haha. But this dog is so funny when he sees an animal on the TV. He perks right up and gets all excited that there are friends on the TV!
Ty got the blade on the 4 wheeler and fixed the headlights (none of them were working). Jay still likes to be held. He's getting too big but I still do it because one day I won't be able to anymore. :'( Grandma helped Crystal make sugar cookies for her upcoming Christmas party with friends. It was fun to see Grandma show her how to make cookies just like she taught me. I had to take a picture when the cat came and laid down on Jay on her own accord. She rarely goes to him on purpose! Jay and I were both shocked!
