We had a hard time getting out of Sam's Club parking lot without hitting any ducks. They seem to have made the parking lot their home this winter.
They plowed our parking lot at the apartment (Christmas Miracle!) and the girls have been enjoying the 'slides' they created in the process!

These are the clean clothes I needed to fold earlier this week. There were 3 more loads on the way. Blah.
J and Ty's cousin (2 months older than J). They were giving each other kisses but I didn't get a picture of it.
CHUCK E CHEESE
Storytime: When I was in labor with J, my dad opted to stay home and watch the girls. Lunchtime rolled around, and he packed them into his truck to find McDonald's. We had given him directions, but he made a wrong turn somewhere and ended up on the freeway. He got off at Orem Center Street and guess what he found? Chuck E Cheese! Ever since then Crystal has begged us to take her to the Chuck E Cheese Papa found. We always just tell her Papa found it on accident and we didn't know where it was. lol.
Well we headed to Target (just across from Chuck E Cheese) where I had an eye appointment last weekend. We very very very rarely go to Target. We've had too many bad experiences with their customer service, but its where the eye insurance wants us to go, AND I have to admit we've found a couple of deals there that were too good to pass up this Christmas season! Anyway, my point is we never go down Center Street in Orem so Crystal has never been able to 'find' Chuck E Cheese again. But this girl is very observant. The SECOND we drove passed Chuck E Cheese, she yelled, "THERE IT IS! THERE IS CHUCK E CHEESE! LETS GO DAD! LETS GO!" We pretended we couldn't see it. Even in the Target parking lot when she was pointing at the mouse sign across the street. lol. She said, "It's okay I'll show you where it is. I know now." lol. It was pretty funny.
Fast Forward to this weekend. I had to go pick up my contacts at Target, so we decided to surprise the girls with Chuck E Cheese. They had a lot of fun! And now Crystal wants to have her birthday party there next year! I'm afraid I'm going to have to hear about it for the next 9 months! lol!
J LAUGHED hysterically every time someone hit the air hockey puck. It was so funny!
CHRISTMAS LIGHTS
Every year before we leave town for Christmas we take a little drive around town to see the Christmas lights! This is a house in Orem that is always decked out every year! SO MANY LIGHTS! Its amazing! We ended the night at Ty's work. The building is lit up to music this year so we parked and let the kids get in the front seat so they could see the show. It only plays 3 songs over and over, and poor Ty gets to listen to it in his cubicle at work for 6 hours straight. Its going to be a long week for him, but the kids sure loved it!
After seeing the lights we opened our 'a book a day till Christmas' present. (We did 2 because we are behind). It was Animal's Christmas and Polar Express! We read them in the fort Daddy helped the girls make!
Then the girls spent the night in their fort!
Their ceiling! Daddy made it pretty high!
The primary sang at the Ward Christmas Dinner during the program on Saturday. Crystal is in the middle. They did a great job! :D
