AND WE HAVE SNOW!
Two days before we were jumping in leaves and now we are in the thick of winter. Snow everywhere! It snowed a little Monday night so Tuesday the girls went to play in it before it all melted. Roscoe joined them ... though I don't think he likes the snow as much as they do! Haha!
Roscoe's hair is so wispy and thin he gets cold fast, so we bought him a dog coat. Haha. He actually doesn't mind it as much as I thought he would.
VETERAN'S DAY
Ty had Tuesday off because of the holiday, so after preschool was over and Crystal got home from school we all went to Leo's Place for lunch! Later that evening we watched a movie together! Even Roscoe joined us! (Angel the cat joined us too, but she sat on the other couch. She likes her space. Lol)
COLD COLD COLD
Wednesday was so cold that many surrounding schools were cancelled (Wind chill of -30 to -40). Crystal still had school so it wasn't quite as cold in our neighborhood, but it was still well below zero when I sent her out to the bus. Because of the cold the kids didn't go outside to play at all. I didn't even attempt to run errands or leave the house for any reason. Because of this by evening the kids were stir crazy! To help get some energy out before bed, Ty played a game of "Mother May I..." with them. Jay mostly just stood in the middle of the game dancing and spinning in circles. lol. Lily was coming up with the silliest Mother May I requests. I wish I could remember some of them. She had us all laughing. After Mother May I, we huddled up with popcorn and hot chocolate and watched a Mickey Mouse Christmas movie before bed!
MORE SNOW!
We woke up Thursday to more snow! The girls were so excited to go play in it! This time we pulled out ALL the winter clothes (it was VERY cold) so they were nice and toasty while they played. Jay saw them go outside and wanted to go play as well. The only snow pants we have that are his size are bright pink. I don't know if it was the color or what but he threw a huge fit when I tried putting them on. lol. It took me a good 20 to 30 minutes to get all his snow clothes on. When I was finished, he could barely walk. But he was just glad I was finally letting him outside. I was surprised at how long he played out there. The best part was I didn't have to go out with him! Haha. I watched him through the French door window while staying inside my warm house. When he was ready to come in, he knocked on the door while smiling through the window. I tried getting a picture of how adorable it was but he stopped smiling cuz I was trying to get a picture instead of letting him in the house. Lol.
Let me out too!

Preschool Number Review
(I took other preschool pics but it was when my phone wasn't saving pictures. Sad I know)
We found them both in Lily's bed when we checked on them Friday night.
Sisterly Love. I hope they continue to be best friends forever!
