Lily's Lost Tooth, 2nd Cousin Fun, Swim Meet, and Sleepover

LILY'S TOOTH

Lily lost her first tooth! Crystal flung her arm back and accidentally hit Lily in the mouth, and it knocked out her already loose tooth! She came into the living room CRYING and saying 'It didn't hurt at all!' lol. Apparently it was just scary to loose a tooth which led to tears ... even though it didn't hurt. 
Ty's first question was, "Where is the tooth? Is it still in your mouth?" She nodded yes but Ty ran his finger around in her mouth and couldn't find anything! Crystal went running back to the bathroom (where the incident occurred) and found her tooth floating in the sink! Haha.

ZOO 
We went to the zoo with Daddy on Saturday! The kids loved showing Daddy all the animals!

COUSIN TIME
Aunt Lori, Uncle Mark, Cousin Marissa, and her kids came to visit this week. We had so much fun! The kids loved playing with their 2nd cousins! We went horseback riding (Thank you Aunt Nicki), went to a movie, picked raspberries, spent a day at Grandma and Papa's property (where Crystal caught... a fishing pole), and played at the splash pad! It was a fun filled week, and we wish they could stay longer! 

  

Having this car full of kids makes my heart happy!!!

SWIM MEET
The girls had a swim meet Friday! I meant to get a picture of the girls before or after but I of course forgot! I did get a video of the meet. In each video Lily is in the 2nd lane and Crystal the 4th lane. They swim by age so they always swam in different heats thank goodness! In the video it goes Freestyle: Lily, Crystal; Backstroke: Lily, Crystal; Breaststroke: Crystal, Lily; Freestyle 50yd: Lily, Crystal.

Crystal won 1st in breaststroke and 2nd in the other 3 events. Lily got 2nd in 2 events and 4th in the other 2 (I can't remember what was what). They did really well and had fun! We are taking the next 6 weeks off from swim team so we can do regular swimming lessons (Jay wants to play too. haha)! 

DRINKING FOUNTAIN
Aunt Lori and Uncle Mark gave us their old drinking fountain! And Aunt Lori drove 15 hours just to bring it to us. ;-) It only took 8 hours and 5 trips to Lowes, but we got it all installed. We had to build a drain to the basement which took way longer than we anticipated. Ty finally went to connect the water line to the fountain (last step) at 10:30 Saturday night and realized he didn't have the right part. Oy! Both home improvement stores closed at 10 so we had to wait until Monday (and even then it took him 4 times to Home Depot to get the right part. haha).
I'm so so so very excited about this! I've always wanted a drinking fountain! Yay! It's going to be super helpful during preschool as well!!! 

GRANDMA LESLIE

Grandma came by randomly last week. The kids love the surprise visits!!! They read her a story! Then this weekend she took them to a play and they all spent the night at her house while Papa was away at scout camp! They had so much fun! Lily especially loved that she got to sleep with Grandma!
