We made a few stops on our way to Durango to stretch our legs. Near one of the gas stations was what looked like a hotel that had teepee rooms. We took some pictures in front of one.
I also made Ty take a small detour so we could get pictures at Four Corners. The bathrooms were under construction and it was too hot there for the portapotties so the whole area smelled TERRIBLE. But other than that it was a fun little stop to make just to be able to say you've stood in 4 states at once. The kids thought it was pretty cool and we got some fun pictures. Can't say we'll be dying to stop again but it was fun to do once.
