Jacob's 4 month stats

Jacob is 4 months old today! I can't believe its already been 4 months! I need a time machine!  The doctor says has a bit of a flat head and since its a little to the side instead of directly in back there's a tiny bit of concern. But the doctor wants us to try encouraging him to lay on the not-so-flat side for a while to see if we can't correct it without a helmet. Other than that he's looking great! He was impressed with how long he sleeps at night (which he said is probably the cause of the flat head - lol). J usually sleeps around 9-10 hours at night. I keep waiting for him to rebel and stop sleeping, but other than the occasional bad night here and there, he consistently sleeps through the night.
During the day he's pretty spoiled and wants to be held and played with nonstop! He usually cries the entire time I'm cooking dinner or trying to get some cleaning done. And let me tell ya, this kid is tough to entertain. lol. He's only happy with one thing for a few minutes before he's ready to move on! lol. He'll be ok just being held for a minute, then he wants to stand, then he wants to face out, then in, then sit. lol. I'll put him in the bouncer with the toys hanging over it and he'll be happy for about 5 minutes, then I'll put him in his jumper which he loves ... for about 5 minutes. lol. Then I'll put him in his crib so he can watch his mobile and he loves it ... for about 5 minutes. Then I'll sit him in his bumbo-type chair with toys around it and he'll play with them for ... you guessed it ... 5 minutes. Then I'll put him in his swing. Sometimes the swing will entertain him for a good 20 minutes (longer if he falls asleep in it ;-)). Needless to say, I haven't been getting a lot done around the house lately. But he's growing so fast! They are all growing too fast! The house can wait!

Height: 25 1/2 inches, 75%

Weight: 17 pounds 3 ounces, 85%

Head: 41.5 cm, 50%

Doc says we are clear to start him on baby food! We'll see how that goes! :D The past few weeks he's started taking an interest in our food. We've felt kinda bad for eating in front of him. lol.
