The Property

We had a fun time spending the day with Ty's parents at their property the Saturday after Independence Day. Ty's mom spent a lot of time the night before getting tin foil dinners ready for us, so when we got there all we had to do was heat them in the fire pit! The lake was pretty low, but the kids loved throwing rocks (and anything else they could find) into it. They also really enjoyed going on boat rides and even got to ride the 4 wheelers! One of my father-in-law's co-workers just moved his family here from Japan, so we had a fun time getting to know them while we were there. The girls had a lot of fun with their son even though they couldn't understand each other!
