Sitterud Family Reunion

We had a ton of fun at the Sitterud Family Reunion this year. I love being able to see my cousins and reconnect with them every year. Without these reunions, I don't think I would ever see them! This year my Aunt Debra did an amazing job. She put together home videos from when they were kids. I loved seeing my grandparents at the same stage of life we are in right now. It was a lot of fun. On Saturday we played a bunch of Minute to Win it Games! Those are always tons of fun! And the kids had fun playing relay games. Don't worry its not a Sitterud Reunion without the sawdust! I think the adults enjoy searching for coins in the sawdust more than the kids do! lol! Later in the day my Aunt Debra had a wonderful program celebrating my Grandma Sitterud's life. It was wonderful and heart wrenching at the same time. My grandma was an avid journal writer and as a result, my aunt was able to give us insights into her life that only my grandma knew or felt. I'm so thankful for the time and effort my aunt put in to the reunion this year. I came home feeling like I know my Grandma in a way I didn't think was possible.

Ty and I made 16 tin foil dinners for Saturday night. I had all but one closed when I remembered I forgot the cream of mushroom soup. I had to reopen them all. It was not fun. lol.

Trying to get an oreo in their mouth from their head without hands. Lily dropped hers.

Aunt Debra gave her another one and she used both hands and rolled it from her head to her mouth and ate it. lol. It was so funny to watch!
